Starting her early career working for various temporary agencies, cleaning Clinics, Schools, Colleges, Daycares, Churches ,Banks, Office buildings both Outpatient and Inpatient Health facilities etc.

 In 2006 She began her career in the Hotel industry as a Housekeeper and Laundry Aide at Wingate Inn By Wyndham and Embassy Suites by Hilton. Both located in Little Rock, Arkansas. Worked her way up to Room Inspector. By 2008 at Lions World Services For The Blind.

In 2011 She was giving her first opportunity to lead as a Housekeeping Supervisor for the Doubletree by Hilton in Downtown Little Rock, Arkansas. 

2012; She founded Victoria Queen Cleaning which served as Residential Cleaners.

Later changing it's name to Very Quick Cleaning & Staffing LLC. Serving communities throughout Little Rock & Surrounding Areas. Successfully managed several Housekeeping departments acting as Executive Housekeeper or Housekeeping Manager. Passing Sate Boards and QA Inspections for, Hickory Heights Health & Rehab, Residence Inn by Marriott, Holiday Inn Presidential and Embassy Suites by Hilton.  Also worked as Property Housekeeper for The Grove At Pleasant Valley, Abor's of Pleasant Valley &Warren House Properties. All of Little rock, Arkansas.
